Stress-test a claim before we publish it
Grok argues against a draft claim and lists what evidence would make the claim hold.
The strongest objection, the missing evidence, and a narrower sentence you could publish.
- 1
Paste one sentence
Stress-test the claim, not the whole essay. One sentence keeps the objection sharp.
- 2
Take the narrower line
If you cannot fetch the evidence this week, publish the narrower sentence.
- 3
Cut the overclaim words
Remove the words it flagged unless you can point at the support.
The prompt to paste
I am about to publish this claim: "[paste the sentence]" Argue against it. Assume a careful reader who wants me to be right and still will not let a weak line through. Return: 1. The strongest objection, in one paragraph. 2. The evidence that would answer that objection. Name the kind of source, not a fake citation. 3. A narrower sentence I could publish today without that evidence. 4. Words in my sentence that overclaim (always, proves, fastest, only). Do not flatter the draft. Do not invent a study.
An eloquent objection can be wrong too. You still decide what the piece says.
