Close the week with what actually moved

Claude turns a messy week of notes into what moved, what stalled, and the three things next week is for.

·Personal·15 min·Starter

A one-page close: shipped, stalled, and next week's three commitments.

  1. 1

    Paste the scraps

Include the unfinished list. A review of only the wins is a different document.

  2. 2

    Cut next week to three

If the draft allows more, delete down to three you will put on a calendar.

  3. 3

    Send it to yourself

Put the page where you will see it Monday. Do not turn it into a team report unless you mean to.

The prompt to paste

Close my week. I will paste notes, tickets, and fragments. Turn them into a review I can send to myself.

Return:
- Moved: at most five things that are actually finished or in someone else's hands.
- Stalled: at most five things, each with the blocker in one clause.
- Next week: exactly three commitments I can finish. Not themes. Tasks.
- Drop: items I mentioned that do not deserve a slot.

Do not add motivational language. Do not invent progress that is not in the notes. If a note is ambiguous, leave it in Stalled.

Notes:
[paste]

Finished means finished. In progress belongs in Stalled.
